More on the new N-400
part 9 'moral character' questions
My colleague, Bill Bliss, has just posted some useful analysis of the new N-400 (Citizenship application) for teachers who do interview prep with students.
More specifically, the article evaluates Part 9 (former Part 12) questions in two respects: 1) comparing the new questions with their previous versions; 2) analyzing the Part 9 vocabulary, which exceeds in difficulty the previous Part 12. It concludes with recommendations for USCIS and for citizenship prep institutions.
