Here's your chance to register your opposition to the proposed new N-400 form!

The Naturalization Working Group has put together a letter of opposition to weigh in on the proposed changes to USCIS forms and information collection. These changes will force applicants to disclose unnecessary information and make immigration forms harder to complete. We believe that they constitute significant government overreach (by collecting information that has no bearing on an applicant’s eligibility for citizenship).

You are invited to sign on to the letter by May 2, 2025 at 3pm ET. Given your "on the ground" experience in working with citizenship applicants, it’s important you make your voice heard! We also encourage you to send this e-mail out to your networks and encourage other partners and stakeholders to weigh in.
