Want to review grant proposals for the Office of Citizenship?

This looks like a great opportunity for citizenship advocates all over the country.

The Office of Citizenship (OoC) within U.S. Citizenship and Immigration
Services (USCIS) is seeking subject matter experts to serve on grant
review panels during the month of June 2010.  These subject matter
experts will assist in the review of two competitive funding
opportunities available to organizations preparing lawful permanent
residents for citizenship.  
 
Prior experience evaluating federal grant applications is required, and
familiarity with immigrant service programs in the areas of English as a
Second Language, citizenship instruction, and naturalization preparation
is highly desirable. Potential reviewers will be screened for conflict
of interest and relevant experience.  Non-federal grant reviewers may
receive compensation.
