$5 increase
Although the naturalization application fee is not going up tomorrow like most other immigration fees, the "biometrics" (fingerprint) fee IS going up--by $5. Since people generally pay both fees together, the cost of submitting an N-400 application after today will be $680. (It used to be $675)
